What does a buyer pay?
Buyer self-serve access is free. You can create structured RFQs, control supplier distribution, protect files, compare quotations and retain the sourcing record without a platform subscription.
What does a supplier receive for free?
Approved suppliers can maintain a public Capability Profile and use up to 5 matched RFQ unlocks per calendar month when standard free-tier limits apply.
What is an RFQ unlock?
An unlock gives a matched supplier access to the full RFQ detail needed to decide whether to quote, subject to any buyer distribution and confidentiality controls.
Is there commission on awarded work?
No commission is charged on buyer self-serve awards under the current public plans. Any separately scoped managed sourcing fee is agreed before work begins.
Is there a long-term contract?
Supplier Pro is a monthly subscription. The recurring price and applicable tax are shown before payment, and suppliers can manage billing details, invoices and cancellation through Stripe's customer portal.
What determines a managed RFQ price?
Pricing starts at £249 + VAT and depends on RFQ readiness, number of parts and processes, supplier research, confidentiality controls, response chasing and the comparison support required. Scope and price are confirmed before work begins.
Who receives free assisted onboarding?
SupplyForge may select suppliers that fill an active capability or regional network gap, subject to onboarding capacity. Everyone can build a Capability Profile free using self-serve. Suppliers not selected for free assistance pay nothing unless they choose an optional service quoted in advance.
How quickly will SupplyForge respond?
Managed-support and onboarding enquiries normally receive an initial response within 1 working day. Capability Profile reviews normally receive an initial review within 2 working days; project delivery timing is confirmed with the scope.
